How much notice do I need to give?

We need at least a minimum of two weeks notice (to enable us to order any additional items we need to make your cake), however we do welcome last minute orders if we can fit you in!

 

Is the shop open?

 

No, at present we are only taking online orders for collection only.

 

Are you making slices of cake and scones?

 

At present the shop is currently closed, we can however make whole traybakes of your favourite cakes for collection and we are taking orders for sponge cakes, drip cakes and celebration cakes!

 

How do I pay?

 

At present we are asking for full payments to be made in advance when booking by bank transfer however please do communicate with us if you are unable to do this.

 

Can you make cupcakes?

 

Yes, provided we are given enough notice we are able to make boxes of 12 cupcakes. These are individually priced according to design.

 

Can my cake have a message on top?

 

We can include messages on most of our fondant iced cakes. We do not offer this service for our 8" sponge cakes but they can come with a note card if you wish.

 

When can I collect?

 

Your cake will be ready from 10am on the day you wish to collect, however as the shop is not open we kindly ask you to let us know what time you are arriving.

 

Do you make dairy free cakes?

Yes, we can make dairy free cakes but they do contain egg

 

Do you make gluten free cakes?

 

At the moment we are not taking orders for gluten free cakes but we are in the process of re-introducing them so watch this space!

 

Are your cakes nut free?

All of our cakes are made in a kitchen that handles nuts so unfortunately we cannot guarantee that our cakes that do not contain nuts are nut free

 

What flavour can my cake be?

 

We can make the sponge inside your cake in any of the available flavours. These flavours can be found in our 'celebration cakes' section under 8" sponge cakes or just ask and we will be happy to send them to you!
